Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
As a solo traveler, I enjoyed the spacious Deluxe King Room. The hotel amenities were great, but the restaurant options felt limited. I suggest exploring nearby dining spots for variety. Make sure to inquire early for room upgrades, as they might not be prioritized for long-term guests.

Just a solid selection for a flying visit in Dubai with good price value. The staff quickly helped me when I mentioned the bathroom cleanliness. Keep in mind that the rooms can smell like smoke, so check if it bothers you.

The service was attentive and welcoming.
During my stay, I encountered several disappointments. The bath towels in my Deluxe King Room were heavily worn, with holes that made them feel unclean. Additionally, the all-purpose detergent provided was difficult to use, as it came in a tube instead of convenient bottles. Unfortunately, the bathtub was slippery, which raised safety concerns during my showers.

During my stay, the convenience of being just a short distance from the vibrant Bur Dubai Abra Dock and the bustling Al Ghurair Center truly enhanced my weekend, allowing me to explore local landmarks easily and enjoy park views at a leisurely pace. I had a single room, which was comfy and just right for a solo traveler eager to discover the city.

good amenities, friendly staff, private parking
The pool opens too late at 9 am!!! Check-ins are poorly managed, evidenced by delays in room availability despite prior requests!!! Housekeeping disruptions are incessant, turning privacy into a nightmare!!!

Awesome service and comfy stay!
What a stay! The staff were super nice, especially Marse at the front desk. She let us check in early and even gave us a room upgrade 🍾. Breakfast was delish! We ended up staying an extra night just because it was so chill. The gym and spa hours were kinda lame tho, opened way too late. 😊
